Rugby Nederland zoekt Bondscoach voor Senioren Heren XV

Rugby Nederland is op zoek naar een Bondscoach voor onze Oranje Heren XV. De bond wil met deze functie de volgende stap zetten in de ontwikkeling van topsport binnen het Nederlandse rugby.

De afgelopen jaren is de sport sterk gegroeid. Met zes Rugby Academies verspreid over het land en een duidelijke talentontwikkeling heeft Rugby Nederland de ambitie om structureel tot de top 3 van de Rugby Europe Championship te behoren.

De nieuwe Bondscoach krijgt een sleutelrol in die ontwikkeling. Hij of zij leidt het team en werkt samen met de Technisch Directeur om een hoogwaardig topsportprogramma verder vorm te geven. De coach draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van spelers, coaches en referees, en helpt zo het Nederlandse rugby verder te professionaliseren.

Over the past years, Dutch rugby has grown rapidly. With six Rugby Academies across the country and a clear talent pathway, Rugby Netherlands aims to consistently reach the top 3 in the Rugby Europe Championship.

The new Head Coach will play a key role in achieving that goal. Reporting to the Technical Director, the Head Coach will lead the team, guide staff and players, and help strengthen the high-performance structure that supports player and coach development.
